This project was initiated under the royal guidance of His Royal Highness Prince Atitaya Thitikul. It is located by the Ampul Reservoir in Mueang District, Surin Province, surrounded by scenic rice fields, gentle breezes, and the abundant resources of the sufficiency economy.
The word Sare comes from the Khmer language, meaning rice field. It symbolizes the rice fields of His Royal Highness Prince Atitaya. Covering over 300 rai, this area is not just an ordinary tourist spotit is a comprehensive agricultural learning center, sharing knowledge with the public through hands-on activities.

Getting There / How to Get There
Located by the Ampul Reservoir in Mueang District, Surin Province, Sare Atitaya is about a 20 km drive from Surin city. Take Highway 2077 for approximately 10 km, make a U-turn, then turn left into Tenmi Subdistrict and drive another 10 km to reach the destination.
