Surin Province Announces Evaluation Criteria for Proposals to Organize the 2026 “Surin Elephant Fair”
Surin Province has announced the evaluation criteria for proposals submitted by organizations seeking the right to use state property to organize the “Amazing Surin Elephant Festival 2026” (Surin Elephant Fair).
Submission of Proposal Documents
Monday, September 21, 2026
Time: 9:00–11:00 a.m.
Venue: Central Correspondence Section, Administrative Division, Surin Provincial Office, 1st Floor, Surin Provincial Hall
Applicants were required to submit 9 sets of technical proposals and related documents.
Proposal Presentation
Monday, September 21, 2026, from 1:30 p.m. onward
Venue: Prakam Suai Meeting Room, 4th Floor, Surin Provincial Hall
Presentations were scheduled according to the order in which documents were submitted. Each applicant was given no more than 30 minutes for the presentation and could bring up to 4 related persons into the presentation room.
