Surin Province Announces the Terms of Reference for the Selection of an Eligible Party to Use State Property for the “Amazing Surin Elephant Festival 2026 (Chang Fair)”
Surin Province would like to inform the public that, following the Province’s announcement dated 31 August 2026 cancelling the previous Terms of Reference (TOR) for the “Amazing Surin Elephant Festival 2026 (Chang Fair),” the cancellation was necessary because the Surin Provincial Office of the Sports Authority of Thailand notified the Province of the need to use part of the area for venue improvements in preparation for the 42nd National Youth Games, “Surin Games.” As a result, the area available for the “Amazing Surin Elephant Festival 2026 (Chang Fair)” has been reduced from the area originally designated.
In addition, discrepancies were identified in the requirements concerning the submission of documents by bidders. Surin Province has therefore revised and completed the Terms of Reference for the selection of an eligible party to use state property for organizing the “Amazing Surin Elephant Festival 2026 (Chang Fair).”
